I joined Undue Medical Debt as Associate Director of Philanthropy just a short time ago, and already have seen the incredible impact of this work on a daily basis. I’m running the New York City Marathon (my very first marathon) in support of Undue Medical Debt to help alleviate overwhelming medical debt for everyday New Yorkers.

New York is a city that I love and have called home for 8 years, so I’m proud to support a cause that provides immediate support to neighbors that are impacted by a broken healthcare system. Accessing healthcare should not devastate anyone or leave them strapped with debt, especially in the wealthiest city in the world. It’s hard to justify healthcare insecurity when 66 billionaires call New York City home.

Every dollar donated to this campaign will help to abolish medical debt for fellow New Yorkers, many of whom are uninsured, under-insured or low-income. $1 donated will abolish $100 of medical debt for individuals and families right here in New York City.

Help me cross the finish line of the 2025 New York City Marathon while providing immediately relief to vulnerable New Yorkers!
